Placing Orders
Orders can be placed by any of the following methods: on our website, by phone, or email. There is no minimum for orders placed.
You can contact us by phone or email to receive special pricing for large and bulk orders. You may also complete our Large Order Request and suggest the pricing you wish to receive.

Shipping Information
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS for most US shipments. Shipping & Handling rates vary per zip code in the US. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from when the order is placed, using your selected shipping method. Some items may need extra time, two to four weeks, depending on stock availability and back orders. Some items need assembling and may require additional time to ship. You will be contacted within 24 hours in the event of a back-ordered item.
Next Day Saturday delivery is not available but will be delivered on Monday if order is placed before 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time on Friday. Please call our office beforehand to confirm availability. For orders placed on business days before 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time, every attempt will be made to ship the Next day.
If a claim needs to be filed, orders will not be sent until the claim has been approved.
Although we aim to insure all international shipments, we cannot insure shipments to certain countries. In the event that your package gets lost in transit, we will try our best to work it to your satisfaction. However, we will not take any responsibility for lost packages that are not insured or approved by our insurance and you will be responsible to place a new order. No refunds will be granted if your order gets lost and/or your insurance claim is denied.
Orders may take up to two to five business days to process depending on items availability in stock. The customer is responsible for all tax, custom charges and wire transfer fees. If you refuse the package at customs or you fail to pick up your shipment from the post office and it is returned to us, you will not be refunded for shipping and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Backorders
Back-ordered items will ship separately as soon as the item becomes available. The back-ordered item will ship at no extra cost.
Returns
Returns will be considered within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, inner packing materials, original manuals, instructions, warnings and warranties as well as any software or accessories included if applicable. Product returns for products ordered in error are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus any applicable charges for necessary inspection, reworking or refurbishing.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or to charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming returns. Consumable items (lamps, fittings, etc.) are nonreturnable unless unopened. Defective lamps may be exchanged within the return period. Due to the unspecified nature of their use and the environment in which they are used, fume hoods may only be returned due to shipping damage reported within 2 days of receipt, and only if the unit has not been used.
