The ABI 7300 is a reliable tool which combines thermal cycling with fluorescence detection that measures cycle by cycle accrual. This small but robust PCR takes up less space than the Applied Biosystems 7900HT. The ABI 7300 is great quantifying nucleic acid sequences without compromising data. In addition, the ABI 7300 works with a number of different dye choices. The Applied Biosystems 7300 Real Time PCR runs on its own software platform and quantitative results are available immediately, once PCR run is complete. The great thing about the ABI 7300 real-time PCR is there’s no need to purify PCR, run any gels, or implement post PCR alterations. Complete Real-Time PCR runs in less than two hours with the ABI 7300 real time using tubes, 96 well plates, 8-strip tubes. The acceptable volume range is 20-100µl which saves time when compare to manual PCR application such as RNase protection, Northern blotting. Don’t miss your chance to save big on a quality reliable RT PCR such as the Applied Biosystems 7300.
The Applied Biosystems 7300 delivers four color detect and has the ability to run multiple applications including SNP genotyping, pathogen quantification, isothermal, gene expression analysis, along with plus/minus assays which use internal positive controls. The ABI qPCR software control software comes equipped with simple step-by-step wizard instruction to help you set up your assways. In addition, the Applied Biosystems 7300 and ABI 7500 SDS software gives you the ability to sort, graph and export data to extenisions such as Microsoft PowerPoint. Achieve powerful and reliable results with the precision optics and chargecoupled CCD camera from the ABI 7300.
Some of additional Real-Time PCR applications include Realative Quantitation (RQ) assays, Absolute Quantitation using standard curves and Post PCR detecion of nucleic acids. When it comes to fluorescence detection the ABI 7300 and Applied Biosystems 7500 deliver. Each sample wells are lit up with a tungsten halogen lamp. There are four filters buit into the 7300 which allows for fluorescence emission and optimized for use with fluorescent dyes such as NED, TAMRA, SYBR Green, VIC, JOE and FAM. View the progress of your amplification growth curves with a simple clicks of the mouse through the SDS software for the 7300 and ABI 7500 systems.
