Backed by proprietary Swiss sensor technologies and materials, the LabSen 823 Combination pH/Temperature Electrode/Probe is designed for testing pH for dairy products such as milk, cream, yogurt, and other liquid food such as mayonnaise, jam, BBQ sauce, syrup, etc.

Compatible with Apera Instruments' meters such as PH700, SX823-B, MP511, PH800, and PC800. May NOT work with other brands' meters because the temperature unit might be incompatible.​
