Overview:
A high-precision desktop three-channel laser dust particle counter is an instrument used to measure the number and distribution of dust particles per unit volume in a clean environment. It is a high-tech product integrating aerodynamics, digital signal processing, and optical, mechanical, and electrical integration. The basic principle is that after low light is scattered by dust particles, digital signal processing is performed on the pulse signal output from the optical sensor, measurement parameters are set, result display, key pressing, timing, printing, time, date, data storage, etc. are controlled and implemented by a built-in microcomputer (MCU), and the working state of the laser particle sensor can be detected.
The particle counter is designed in accordance with international standards ISO and GMP and can simultaneously detect three particle size ranges (users can choose to determine the particle size). The sampling time is up to 59 minutes and 59 seconds. Up to 2000 sets of sampling data can be stored in a built-in flash memory and can be easily downloaded through a USB interface. It has the characteristics of high testing accuracy, stable performance, strong versatility, and simple and convenient operation.

With timed automatic sampling and measurement function: it can start counting and measuring after a set delay, enabling the instrument to automatically work according to the set sampling time and interval.
