Return Policy

Returns will be considered within 30 days of delivery (For US customers only) Instrument shipped outside United States will not carry Manufacturer or Scinteck warranty and returns will not be accepted. All international sales are final.

All U.S returns must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, inner packing materials, original manuals, instructions, warnings and warranties as well as any software or accessories included if applicable. Returns for products ordered in error are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any applicable charges for necessary inspection, reworking, or refurbishing.

If an order was placed by mistake, the customer must inform us within 2 business days after receipt of the order and request a return RMA. The order must be returned within 10 business days and must be unopened and unused.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or to charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming returns. Consumable items (lamps, fittings, etc.) are nonreturnable unless unopened. Defective lamps may be exchanged within the return period. Due to the unspecified nature of their use and the environment in which they are used, fume hoods may only be returned due to shipping damage reported within 2 days of receipt, and only if the unit has not been used.
